CNT Iruñea Calculator

We are bringing you a new tool designed to support self-management in employment matters: an employment calculator. This application allows you to calculate your gross pay, your holiday entitlement and its monetary value, ordinary working hours and overtime, severance pay criteria in the event of dismissal, and more.

This is a major step towards our autonomy as a working class. Being able to defend ourselves against employers’ abuses, and having the tools and knowledge required to do so, enables us to stand up to their malpractice.

Where can I find the information I need to enter?

The required information can be found in your collective agreement. The collective agreement must be published by an official body, such as the BON, the Official Gazette of Navarre, in the case of agreements applicable in Navarre, or the BOE, the Spanish Official State Gazette, in the case of a nationwide agreement.

If the collective agreement does not cover a particular matter, the provisions of the Workers’ Statute will apply.

How do I know which collective agreement applies to me?

It will normally be stated in your employment contract, usually in the clauses section, most commonly in clause seven or eight.

If no collective agreement is specified in your contract, the best option is to search for the company using its CNAE code, which can be found on your payslip.

Once you have obtained the CNAE code, go to the Collective Bargaining Map and enter the company’s CNAE code in the search box.

The tool will display the collective agreements associated with that business activity. Agreements shown in blue are those officially registered in REGCON. Agreements shown in orange are for guidance only and have been assigned by the CCNCC.
